When will I be charged?

Delivery fees exist to help cover the costs of transport incurred by the vendor. However, there are some particular limits that the vendor may decide to absorb the cost of delivery. When an order exceeds KES 5,000, the consumer gets refund on delivery fee, within a maximum of 1 hour.

Delivery fee varies. There are various vendors who offer free delivery. Others charge a base rate and, in few instances, it is charged per kilometer, over and above the base fare rate.

We send via email or WhatsApp immediately your order is delivered. The invoice has all the breakdown of the particulars you have purchased. If you can’t find the email in your inbox, you should check that it didn’t slip into your spam folder.

What is your cancellation policy?
A consumer can have his/her order cancelled and full refund made, when the order 1. Has not been delivered by the vendor
2. When he/she declines the order after being delivered, due to quality or quantity defect
However, the customer may attract a 40% deduction on his/her order in the event he/she cancels the order once it has been delivered.

You can cancel your order. We know how quickly plans change, just cancel your order as soon as `you can or before you proceed to check out

Signing up on Convipro is completely free! You will be required to sign up if you wish to benefit from our services, which enables you get your favorite products and complements at your convenience. Sign up to Convipro!

To sign up, you need to fill in all the necessary fields: last name, first name, mobile number, a valid email address and desired password. If the site indicates that your phone is already registered, it means it is already used on another profile. It is not possible to use the same phone number on different profiles. If a user has registered your phone number on their profile, or if a profile already exists with your credentials or in any other case, we invite you to contact us here. On the log in page, you will click on “forgot password”. You will be required to key in your email and the reset password will be sent to your email.

Convipro uses your email to send you the invoice or periodic product offers.

You need to be over 18 to create a profile on Convipro.

Go to Log in. Enter your login details. And you’re in! You can select the Remember me option to stay logged in for next time.

You can upload your photo in several different formats – jpeg, gif, or png (2MB maximum) by clicking on “Choose a photo” and selecting the file from your computer. All the photos we publish to consumer profiles are moderated by us first. Your photo will be visible to other members once this approval/editing process is complete.

Of course, you can verify a number with a foreign country code, therefore we provide such an exhaustive list! Choose the country of the mobile number’s prefix and verify your number.
